    [rtl]The MP for the province of Basra, Zaher Abadi, on Saturday, the submission of a request to calculate the proportion of 20% of sales revenue for oil-producing provinces.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]Abadi said in a press conference with the participation of MP Razzaq Muhaibis, held in the parliament building and attended by correspondent "Trend Press", that "we have submitted a request to the Presidency of Parliament and was referred to the Finance Committee and contains the demand that the benefits of oil and gas producing provinces for previous years are calculated as receivables due after Is being audited by the Financial Control, "noting that" the request to annex is allocated to the provinces of oil-producing not less than 20% of the financial amounts achieved from the increase of oil revenues, to be granted to those provinces every three months so that these provinces cover all projects " .[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]Abadi added that "there are a number of contracts of teachers and teachers up to 1700 employees and those on the investment budget of the province and we want to be transferred to the operational budget of the Ministry of Education because of the lack of liquidity to pay their salaries and they have not received over seven months."[/rtl]

    Good question, seems over the years we have read, so many agencies and the military are not paid.  How can they be considered international and not pay salaries - it is amazing what the government gets away with.
