Mubasher: The head of a US investment company warned of the possibility of the United States to witness the beginning of the bursting of the "bond bubble" globally, with the rapid growth of debt.
Gordon Crosse, chief executive of Capital Capital Management, told CNBC on Wednesday it would not be strange for the sell-off in the bond market to start from within the United States.
"The issuance of debt instruments has been exaggerated over the last ten years, which reflects the presence of more quick funds being invested in this area, considering the ETFs, and loans provided securities securities within these tools."
Crosse noted that non-investment "junk" bonds were twice as high as in 2007, and are now approaching $ 2.4 trillion.
The US Treasury is expected to raise $ 1 trillion in bonds in 2018 to support Trump's stimulus plans.
The Reserve chairman , former Federal "Alan Greenspan" has recently warned that the US bond market is "bubble represents the biggest crisis."
