Al-Fateh coalition led by Hadi al-Amri on Friday called on the Independent High Electoral Commission to return to manual counting, stressing that this method will reveal the shameful facts of the electoral process.
The leader of the Fatah, Razzak al-Haidari said in a statement quoted by the newspaper "the new Arab" Qatari, "The elections that were conducted were not fair, and got gross violations, and observed our observers of the electoral process through real observations, many cases of forgery, as well as pressure exerted by some quarters To participate in the elections on the Iraqis of the components are considered minorities in some cities of the country, to elect certain personalities and parties. "
He added: "We believed that the use of electronic counting system will facilitate the process, and make it transparent and fair, but what happened is the exact opposite, which led many Iraqis to abstain from the elections."
He stressed that "the demand to return to the counting system manually, and subjecting the Electoral Commission to this matter, will reveal the facts of shame about what happened in the election from the theft of votes by the parties that want to be at the forefront between the parties and alliances."
 He pointed out that "the parties that forced people to elect specific personalities and parties in certain areas of Iraq, have the power and weapons, and some tribes forced their citizens and affiliates to elect certain parties after the collaboration of some dignitaries with these influential bodies, In Iraq began to decline. "
