    A spokesman for the National Coalition Abdul Rahman al-Baidar, on Sunday, the bloc reached a positive understanding with others and wisdom, while stressed that "the coalition of victory and promised to join us."
    Al-Baydar said in a statement to the Agency that the "understandings with the political blocs continue until now," noting that "the national reached advanced stages of understandings with wisdom and others about a national program that serves the next stage."
    "There are efforts to join the victory coalition after we promised to join us," he said, adding that "there are serious talks with the Fatah bloc and the rule of law, but did not come to anything until the moment."
    The MP for the coalition of Saadoun al-Lami, on Sunday, that the dialogues did not mature in its final form between all political blocs and the coalition is still conducting dialogues with the blocks to alliance with the bloc closest to his program.
