    Information / Baghdad ..
Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari on Friday rejected Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's remarks about the presence of Iranian troops in Iraq. He called on Turkey to launch Iraq's water quotas and withdraw its troops from Baasheqa. He called for a strategic plan to prevent the return of terrorism.
"We must work towards the formulation of a strategic plan with political and economic dimensions to immunize societies from the danger of the return of terrorism," Jaafari said in a statement to the United Nations General Assembly and its follow-up. "Iraq aspires to end the effects of terrorism and to collect evidence of crimes, With the United Nations ".
He added that "the maintenance of international peace and security is a responsibility of all," pointing out that "Iraq's rejection of the unilateral siege policy outside the United Nations because it represents a harbinger of abuse and danger."
Al-Jaafari reiterated "Iraq's firm position on the Palestinian issue and the need for Israel's withdrawal as an occupying power and the establishment of a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital." He rejected the US administration's decision to move the US embassy to Jerusalem because it does not serve the peace process.
On the issue of the Yemeni crisis, the Iraqi Foreign Minister called for the need to adopt "peaceful dialogue to resolve the crisis in Yemen and stop foreign interference."
On the other hand, Jaafari rejected the statements and allegations of the Prime Minister of the Israeli occupation entity on the presence of Iranian forces in Iraq, saying that it is a justification for "the attack on Iraq and the exploitation of the United Nations platform."
Jaafari renewed Iraq's rejection of "the presence of Turkish troops in the city of Baashika and Turkish excesses on Iraq," adding that "Iraq is still waiting for increased water releases because the lack of water is affecting Iraq." Ending / 25
