Abadi: Basra Council intends to open the door for re-nomination for the nomination of the governor

Head of the Wisdom Current in the Basra Provincial Council, Amin Wahab al-Abbadi, said Wednesday that the provincial council intends to open the door for re-nomination before those wishing to run for governor, starting next week.
"As'ad al-Eidani is now a member of the House of Representatives, not a governor of Basra, as Article (14) of the rules of procedure states that the winners in the elections are considered members of the House of Representatives once the Commission approved them, and Eidani one of the winners, Be a deputy when he nominated himself in the elections. "
Abadi said that "Eidani if he did not go to the House of Representatives will be questioned in the Council because of default," adding that "Eidani has powers and billions, but Basra is still suffering from a deterioration of services, as the crisis did not solve the cleaning, Of service problems that need solutions, and there is disregard for the decisions of the provincial council, including the recommendation on the change of managers of some service circles.
