He said Baiji in press statements, that most of the political blocs will vote on this law, pointing out that everyone agrees to pass without any delay to block the way to anyone who tries to prejudice the sovereignty of Iraq, he said.
"The law will include the removal of any foreign force inside Iraqi territory and the evacuation of all its military bases," he said, adding that the law was written by experts and military commanders and will be presented to the Presidency of the House of Representatives when it is finalized.
