    He added that "the losses of Iraq were determined because of the mixing of black oil with crude oil, which was estimated at 8 to 9 million dollars per month and the losses were determined because the sale of oil refinery Qayara as black oil instead of crude oil," noting that "was lost 4 $ 5 million a month due to mismanagement and planning. "
    Awad explained that "through hosting shows the extent of negligence and confusion experienced by the company, which is supposed to be far from all political oppositions," noting that
