Rohani comments on the failure of his government on the Trump sanctions barrier, ignoring statistics and figures
Ignoring the failure of his regime and the demonstrations that plague it from everywhere, Iranian President Hassan Rowhani said on Wednesday, most of the problems faced by his country under the pressure of America.
This came in an interview with Rohani on Iranian television on the sidelines of his visit and members of the government to the shrine of Khomeini south of Tehran.
"Most of the problems we face are caused by American pressure," Rouhani said. "The Iranian government should not be blamed. The United States must be condemned rather than condemned."
According to observers, Rowhani's remarks bore criticism of the hardline movement, which in turn carries Rouhani's responsibility for poor economic conditions.
On Tuesday, Iran's intelligence minister, Mahmoud Alawi, criticized some individuals and political currents that saw sanctions as having little impact.
The Iranian government's comments come after criticism by senior leader and MP Alaeddin Borujerdi of the performance of a spiritual government, saying that the economic crisis in [size=13]Iran is caused by mismanagement from within and not imposed US sanctions.
He points out that the size of the US sanctions and their impact on the economic situation of Iran is between 20 to 30%, while the bulk of this crisis is the mismanagement from within.
