The Digital Media Center called on the Ministry of Communications to monitor the work of Internet providers.

The Center said in a statement that the ministry's recent steps in combating internet smuggling and its commitment to reduce the internet price are positive and on the right track.

He stressed that the criterion of success of the ministry in these files is reflected in its ability to implement its decisions for companies and force those companies to abide by legal, security and financial controls and non-fraud in order to maintain their profits illegal.

The center pointed to the need for the ministry to establish new rules to deal with the processed companies and prevent their tricks and stop what it does in relation to the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] service of deceptions and disadvantages of the right of the citizen, and reduce its encroachment on the recent decisions of the Ministry and raise the proportion of profits without this reflected positively on the average citizen.

The Center pointed out that Internet companies have been accustomed in the previous reduction decisions to keep the subscription rates and the speed limit for each subscription category as it is, without improving the service offered.

The Ministry of Communications announced the arrest of a company that conducts Internet smuggling operations, but did not disclose the name of the company.
