    The Committee for Reconstruction and Recovery held a meeting with the relevant international organizations on Tuesday to draw up the committee's tasks, membership and the timing of the meeting of the Kuwait International Conference for the Reconstruction of Iraq.
    The meeting was held in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers under the chairmanship of Minister of Planning Nuri Sabah al-Dulaimi and attended by the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers Mehdi Al-Alaq, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance Maher Johan from the Iraqi side, the head of the European Union Mission Ramon Blikwa, the UN Mission Marta Roitz and the World Bank Yara Salem To the designation by the international community of the periodic members of donors in the Joint Commission, and the first and second of next April, the preliminary dates for the meeting of the Kuwait International Conference and the Coordinating Committee.
    The meeting, in accordance with a statement by the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, reviewed the Committee's secretariat on the functions of the Committee, mechanisms for approving the funded programs, implementation and funding, as well as the management of grants to the Fund also jointly with the Government. Finished
