    The Supreme Federal Court has filed a lawsuit to challenge the health of MP Samia Mohammed Khalifa Al-Ghalab, asserting that the Supreme National Commission for Accountability and Justice was not covered by its procedures.

    "The Federal Supreme Court held its session under the chairmanship of Judge Medhat al-Mahmoud and the presence of all the members of the judges and considered a lawsuit to challenge the health of MP Samia Mohammed Khalifa al-Ghalab on the pretext of its coverage of the procedures of accountability and justice."

    Al-Samok added that "the prosecutor is a prosecutor in his case, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, in addition to his job, the deputy who objected to the validity of her membership, the Chairman of the Independent Electoral Commission, in addition to his job, and the president of the Supreme National Commission for Accountability and Justice."

    He continued, "The plaintiff asked to rule on the illegality and constitutionality of the decision of the National Commission for Accountability and Justice, and keep the inclusion of the defendant under the law of accountability and justice."

    The spokesman also pointed out that "the plaintiff also asked to rule on the unconstitutionality of the decision of the House of Representatives in its meeting No. (20) for the year 2018, and the invalid membership of the defendant and oblige the Speaker of the House of Representatives / in addition to his job to invalidate its membership and remove the consequences of the law, and acceptance of membership for the fourth session and grant The seat of parliament for the province of Anbar on the civil assembly for reform - under the national coalition. "

    He said that "the court examined the petition and the statements of the parties and found that the seven-committee in the Supreme National Commission for Accountability and Justice had decided not to include the representative objecting to the validity of its membership law accountability and justice."

    Samok, said that "the Commission of seven of the body had included the deputy objecting to the validity of its membership procedures because it did not attend at the beginning of the matter before it, but then attended and submitted their defenses, and resulted in a second decision not to include the procedures of accountability and justice."

    He explained that, "the prosecutor submitted a letter from the Inspector General in this regard, but the Federal Supreme Court confirmed that what is adopted on the inclusion of people in the law of accountability and justice whether or not is the decision of the Commission seven in the body.

    "The Supreme Court of the Federal Supreme Court decided to respond to the lawsuit for not based on the support of the Constitution."
