Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said that economic terrorism against his country targets innocent civilians.
"This little boy can not get his legs artificial to complete his growth and the course of his life ... This way Washington is punishing the children," the Iranian minister said on Twitter.

The United States sent military reinforcements to the Middle East, including an aircraft carrier, B-52 bombers and Patriot missiles, in a show of force against what US officials say is Iranian threats to US troops and interests in the region.
