Baghdad's provincial council announced that it had imposed strict control over the owners of the generators, pointing out that the council imposed heavy fines on the owners of the generators of the violators.
"Any complaint to the council against the generators of the violators will be fined from one to one and a half million dinars," council member Kazem al-Shuweili told AAHD news agency.
It is noteworthy that the owners of generators impose large amounts of up to 25 thousand dinars per amp to the citizens, on the pretext of lack of kerosene which operates generators.
