The Presidency of the Council of Representatives has instructed the Parliamentary [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/10334/%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%82%D8%A7%D9%86%D9%88%D9%86%D9%8A%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%86%D9%8A%D8%A7%D8%A8%D9%8A%D8%A9][size=13]Legal[/url] Committee [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/10334/%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%82%D8%A7%D9%86%D9%88%D9%86%D9%8A%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%86%D9%8A%D8%A7%D8%A8%D9%8A%D8%A9]to[/url] prepare a final wording to amend some paragraphs of its rules of procedure.
The committee member Hussein al-Oqabi, in a press statement: "The [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/137/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%86%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%A8]House of Representatives[/url] is about to amend its rules of procedure, especially some paragraphs relating to the swearing-in of new deputies," pointing to the existence of a legal gap in the rules of procedure and [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/137/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%86%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%A8]the[/url]law [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/137/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%86%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%A8]of the House of Representatives[/url] justify not swearing by Some winning MPs.
