    BAGHDAD / Sumer News, the leader of the National Dialogue Front, Haider al-Mulla, said that Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi came to an agreement between alliances and the Fatah and that any success will be calculated for the two alliances, pointing out that three factions rejected the orders of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces to organize the work of the Popular Mobilization. "Iran did not want former prime minister Haider al-Abadi to have a second term," he said, adding that "understanding between Hadi al-Amiri and Moqtada al-Sadr was to overcome a crisis rather than form a government." He explained that "the understanding of Ameri and Sadr produced Abdul-Mahdi as prime minister," noting that "the incubator that produced Abdul-Mahdi is a coalition and walking." "The establishment of the reform and construction alliances is a step towards the correct political process," he said, adding that "others are distancing themselves from naming any minister in the government of Abdul-Mahdi." "The fruits of the success of Abdul-Mahdi's government will be reaped by others and Fatah," he said, noting that "the reference of Najaf did not depart from any position on the support of Abdul-Mahdi or his choice." He went on to say that "Abdul-Mahdi has been subject to political blocs at the expense of other," pointing out that "blocs of the Alliance of Reform ceded their electoral entitlements in the government except for nationalism." Mullah pointed out that "the bloc MP Ahmed al-Asadi, which includes a number of deputies received the Ministry of Agriculture," adding, "We did not notice any real deterrent measures of corruption in the government of Abdul-Mahdi." He accused Abdul-Mahdi of not adhering to the "standards of reform to work to achieve in his government," and said that "the Iraqi street will not bear more failed political experiences." Mullah pointed to the presence of "three armed factions refused to abide by the order of Abdul-Mahdi Diwani," saying that "the issue of uncontrolled weapons affect the civil state, stability and sovereignty." On the budget, Mullah said that "the rate of deficit in the budget of 2020 amounted to 74 trillion dinars," usually "indications of the government of Abdul-Mahdi that it does not inspire the fulfillment of its obligations." He said that "the achievement achieved in the government of Abdul-Mahdi is not commensurate with the size of the challenges," and stressed that "Abdul-Mahdi was subjected to the will of political parties within the coalition construction." "We are counting on the package of national figures in correcting the path and achieving reform," he said.
