Parliamentary Committee: We seek to change the features of the 2020 budget completely

The Committee of Provinces and Parliamentary Regions, on Wednesday, its quest to change the features of the budget next year completely, noting that it is not possible to rely on the sale of oil and allocate most of the money to the security ministries.
Committee member Riad Masoudi said in a statement to the information that "the current budget did not achieve any economic production reduces dependence on oil at all, a disappointing step in the field of government reform."
Masoudi added, "The coming days will witness intensive meetings between specialists to change the features of the budget to consultancy and activate the private sector, industry and investment in order to reduce dependence on the sale of oil in conjunction with reports of falling global prices."
He explained that "the allocation of more than 23% in favor of the security ministries, while allocating about 8% in favor of the Council of Ministers, while neglecting the dry canal project with Turkey and the port of Fao and the large airport of Karbala, which receives about 6 million people annually and dozens of large investment projects are unacceptable and will be Amended during the budget
