Saudi Arabia confirms its keenness on the stability and prosperity of Iraq and non-interference in its internal affairs

The head of saudi Arabia's state security service, General Abdulaziz bin Mohammed al-Huwarini, on Thursday stressed the kingdom's keenness on the stability and prosperity of Iraq.
"The kingdom is keen on the stability of Iraq, its prosperity, and the non-interference in its internal affairs," al-Huwarini said during a meeting with The Iraqi Ambassador to Riyadh, Ambassador Qahtan Taha Khalaf, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (AA) .
"The two sides discussed the importance of strengthening bilateral relations, stability in the region, security cooperation, counter-terrorism and extremism," he said.
"The counting of Iraq's security and stability is the basis for the security of the kingdom and the region," the statement said.
