The deputy of the Al-Fateh Alliance accused Uday Awad, President of the Republic Barham Salih, of negotiating partisan gains in the case of choosing the prime minister.
Awad said in a televised statement: "The [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/989/%D8%B1%D8%A6%D9%8A%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AC%D9%85%D9%87%D9%88%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%A9]president of the republic[/url] naively deals with the issue of the prime minister, and if he had shyness, he would not be in his position for an hour.
" He added: "The problem of the largest bloc is still standing and it has not been solved until now, and that the presidency promoted the adherence of the construction alliance Qusay al-Suhail to justify the constitutional breach. "
He explained: "Barham Saleh negotiated partisan gains in the issue of prime minister," denying at the same time: "That there is a link between the resolution of the election law and the issue of the prime minister."
