, Advisor to the Prime Minister, the appearance of Mohammed Saleh, confirmed on Tuesday that the drop in global oil prices is in the interest of Iraq.
Saleh said, "The additional reduction in oil production for OPEC producers inside and outside it is a joint and mutual interest, and that the reduction will be in production and not in exchange."
He pointed out, "The reduction contributes to the stimulation of raising and improving the price of a barrel of oil, and it is in the interest of Iraq, especially since Iraq has committed itself to its share of the previous reduction." End 29 / A 43
