Kurdish lawmaker calls for commitment to agree with the federal government for the employees of the region

Member of the Kurdistan National Union, Shirvan Mirza, called on the provincial government to abide by agreeing with the federal government to ensure that the province's employees are not stopped.
Mirza said in a press statement: "The decline in oil prices will affect the Iraqi economy, and thus greatly affect the salaries."
He added: "The provincial government relies on the federal government to pay the salaries of its employees, and it must adhere to the oil agreement with Baghdad, not to give an argument to other parties to demand that the salaries of the employees of the region be stopped."
