    Some political parties considered that the task of Prime Minister-designate Adnan Al-Zarfi to form the government became impossible due to the continued refusal of political blocs to assign him.
    As observers and politicians, including members of Parliament, hastened to announce the impossibility of Prime Minister-designate Adnan Al-Zarfi to continue the task of forming his government, in exchange for relying on others for self-efforts from him and from political blocs supporting him to change the current equation to his advantage.
    And one of the Arab newspapers stated that "Al-Zrafi did not initiate any of his dialogues or even his meetings with the leaders of the political blocs to present his program or the steps to form his government yet, except for an orphan speech he delivered last Wednesday night, he did not receive any interaction by the political forces rejecting him, most notably" Al-Fateh Alliance ". In addition to the coalition of the rule of law and the bloc of Sadiqin and “Ataa” headed by Faleh Al-Fayyad, the Fadhila Party and the Sanad bloc led by Ahmed Al-Asadi.
    According to the newspaper, "The meeting held on Friday confirmed the best responsibility for Zarfi, and to inform the Sunni and Kurdish forces of the need to withdraw their support for him, or even to respond to him in the mobility of his formation of the government, as well as to communicate with Muqtada al-Sadr, about withdrawing his support for him."
