The Prime Minister's advisor for financial affairs, Mazhar Muhammad Salih, revealed, on Thursday, that [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] started negotiations and consultations with the International Monetary Fund to stop the payment of foreign debts resulting from it, noting that [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] due to the Corona virus and the drop in oil prices, entered into what is called force majeure.
