[size=45]On Tuesday, the Council of Ministers, in its weekly session held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi, issued six decisions.[/size]
[size=45]The media office of the Prime Minister said in a statement today (March 9, 2021), that “Al-Kazemi chairs a regular session of the Council of Ministers, during which the latest developments in the security situation and developments in the country were discussed, in addition to discussing and discussing the topics included in his agenda . ”[/size]
[size=45]The following is the text of the statement as stated:[/size]
[size=45]“At the beginning of the session, Al-Kazemi offered his condolences to the Iraqi people and the Islamic nation, on the memory of the martyrdom of Imam Musa bin Jaafar, peace be upon him, indicating that it is a memory engraved in the conscience of the believers, and he referred to the miserable attempt by some to create discord among the Iraqis, when they threw a grenade on a path Visitors at the Imams Bridge, this bridge that bears a high symbolism of Iraqi brotherhood and coexistence .[/size]

[size=45]After the Council of Ministers discussed the topics included in its agenda, it issued the following decisions :[/size]
[size=45]First / Approval of allocating the Ministry of Finance (5000000000) dinars, only five billion dinars to the Baghdad Municipality from the emergency reserve, after the issuance of the Federal Budget Law of the Republic of Iraq for the fiscal year / 2021. To expand Street (77), Street (80) / and (Baghdad-Kut) Al-Rustumiya Road, and return the cables to their correct path according to the technical specifications provided by the Ministry of Electricity .[/size]
[size=45] Second: Approval of the minutes (19), and the recommendations of the Diwaniya Order Committee (45 of 2018), accompanying the linking of the Ministry of Planning letter of No. 1/2/157, dated 2/18/2021, regarding the completion of public hospital projects .[/size]
[size=45]- Adding the Director General of the Accounting Department at the Ministry of Finance to the aforementioned committee .[/size]
[size=45] Third / In appreciation of the tremendous efforts made by the cadres of the Ministry of Health from the White Army and the huge sacrifices they made during that period, the aforementioned were granted a letter of thanks and appreciation for their efforts in addressing the pandemic with a financial reward of 10 million dinars for the families of the martyrs of the White Army, disbursed by the Ministry Finance, and a letter of appreciation .[/size]
[size=45]Fourth / Supporting the club law proposal submitted to the House of Representatives for a vote, taking into account the opinion of the legal department in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers regarding some aspects of the wording with specifying exemptions related to sports so that they are not used in a wrong way .[/size]
[size=45] Fifth / Approval of the draft law on ratification of the Maritime Transport Agreement between the government of the Republic of Iraq and the government of the Arab Republic of Egypt, which was prepared by the State Council and referred to the House of Representatives, based on the provisions of Articles 61 / Clause First and 80 / Clause Second) of the Constitution .[/size]
[size=45]Sixth / Approving the renewal of the authorization granted to the Minister of Education pursuant to Cabinet Resolution No. (183 of 2019) regarding the authority to deal with emergency matters that result from exceptional and abnormal circumstances, and which have a direct negative impact on students ’attendance and exams exclusively, and all other matters related to The educational process, which leads to reaching effective solutions for a successful academic year .[/size]
