{Economical: Al Furat News} The General Secretariat of the Holy Hussaini Shrine announced that it has completed the procedures for appropriating one million dunums of land in the Salman sub-district in the Badia of Al-Muthanna Governorate, to establish the Immaculate Friend of Fatima Al-Zahraa (peace be upon her) project, and in coordination with the concerned authorities in the province and the Ministries of Agriculture and Water Resources.

Tawfiq Idris Allawi, the official of the Lands Division for Service Projects at Al-Ataba, said, "After submitting an official request to invest an area of one million dunams in the Salman area, the governor of Al-Muthanna Ahmed Manafi expressed his quick approval in accordance with the administrative request submitted, as he confirmed his cooperation and welcome such projects that would support The national product on the one hand, and the employment of manpower on the other side. "
He explained that "this area, which is estimated at one million acres, will contain in the near future an integrated agricultural project, which includes animal and agricultural production as well as strategic crops such as (wheat and barley), in addition to the agricultural-related sections that enter into the industry, such as the tomato paste factory and another for canning and dairy."
Allawi added that "the origin of the investment request to the Holy Hussaini Shrine came according to the offers announced by the Governorate of Muthanna, as well as the interviews with the Minister of Agriculture to define the project that it is national and we seek through it to fully serve the country and needs great cooperation, as well as the Ministry of Water Resources because the nature of the land is in the desert of Samawah. It depends on underground water, and this needs great cooperation from the concerned ministry to provide what is necessary for that. "
It is noteworthy that the Holy Hussaini Shrine pays wide attention to support the agricultural and industrial sector due to its vast factories and farms, which are considered one of the pioneering projects to support the agricultural sector and provide strategic crops to the Iraqi citizen in addition to employing youth.
