Raising the exchange rate of the dollar had governmental justifications. The Parliamentary Finance Committee says that it is now gone, with the return of the currency auction to sell about two hundred million dollars a day, a sign that indicated the corruption of this window in the Central Bank.

This, in addition to the rise in oil prices to more than seventy-four dollars, necessitates restoring the exchange rate to what it was.

The Parliamentary Committee on Economy and Investment, also pointed out the aggravation of this matter, as a result of not providing the necessary support for the industrial and agricultural sectors, and activating them in order to balance prices in the market.
