    {Local: Al Furat News} The Ministry of Commerce announced, on Sunday, the launch of the division and transfer operations for families registered within the supply system and in all governorates of Iraq.
    And the ministry said, "In a statement, Al-Furat News received a copy of it, that the branches and supply centers in Baghdad and the governorates began receiving the transactions of citizens wishing to transfer and split the ration card for the purpose of promoting and auditing those transactions with the electronic calculator database belonging to the department and in accordance with the controls and instructions issued by it in this regard." .
    She noted, "The transfer and part operations were suspended. More than a year ago, they started today, as directed by the Minister of Commerce yesterday, and after the department completed its procedures for distributing food cards to families for the years 2020-2021 and in accordance with the new controls and instructions taken by the department in these operations."
    She pointed out, "The branches and supply centers spread across the country's governorates witnessed crowds from the citizens, from the first hours, to promote transportation and retail transactions with a high flow.
    Noting at the same time, "the department will schedule operations for ration cards according to the timings for each branch and in three periods, where it will be in three periods, the first to promote transfer and tranche transactions, the second to promote transactions, remove blocking, addition, registration, external transport, and the last to promote recurring transactions, correct the name, write off the deceased, and complete the received transactions. According to the powers granted to the catering branches.
