[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / - The Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, Hamid Naim Al-Ghazi, called on the Industrial Cities Authority, to seek the assistance of specialized consulting companies; To identify the various important industrial activities, according to the geographical, commercial and agricultural nature of each governorate; For the purpose of equitably distributed serving industrial reality.
While presiding over the meeting to discuss the agenda for privatizing the industrial cities, he said that the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers has devoted its efforts to support the establishment of industrial cities in all governorates, in order to promote the industrial sector, which will reflect positively on financial and commercial returns, and support investment activities that will contribute to attracting working hands.
The Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers also directed the necessity of intensifying field visits to members of the committee from the relevant authorities, to the governorates, to see the available plots of land, and to begin finalizing their expropriation files for the benefit of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals, and to create all appropriate conditions for the establishment of industrial cities.
The attendees discussed the mechanism for implementing the recommendations issued in the previous meeting, and the importance of standing on the most prominent obstacles facing the process of owning plots of land, and resolving them with the ministries of agriculture, finance, industry and minerals and the concerned governorates. The measures taken regarding industrial cities in the governorates of Wasit, Basra, Dhi Qar, Muthanna, Anbar and Najaf were also discussed. /finished8[/rtl]
