, a representative of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Uday Al-Shaalan, confirmed, on Saturday, that the US military presence in Iraq opens the door for foreign countries to interfere in the Iraqi affairs.
Al-Shaalan said in a televised interview, which was followed by "Mawazine News", that "the position of the Al-Fateh Alliance is clear, which is the rejection of all forms of foreign military presence in Iraq."
He added that "Al-Fateh is awaiting the results of the discussions related to scheduling the US withdrawal at the end of this year," noting that "the continuation of the US presence in Iraq opens the door for foreign countries to interfere in the country's affairs and sovereignty." Ended 29/A 4
