Khazali responds to Al-Sadr and sends three invitations to Maysan
Shafaq News/ The leader of Asa'ib Ahl al-Haq, Qais al-Khazali, commented on Thursday on the tension in Maysan Governorate in southern Iraq, and the assassinations that targeted members of Asa'ib on the one hand, and Saraya al-Salam affiliated with the Sadrist movement on the other.
Muqtada al-Sadr, for his part, also commented on the recent assassinations in Maysan province, stressing that the Sadrist movement and Asa'ib Ahl al-Haq are "brothers", even if they differ politically.
In a statement, Al-Khazali called on the people of the province to beware of what he described as "a project of sedition, which is intended to strike between the people of the one nation, the one sect, and the one province."
