The Customs Authority announced today, Monday, the destruction of human medicines, medical supplies and cigarettes unfit for human use at the customs of Basra International Airport.
The authority said, "The customs of Basra International Airport destroyed (human medicines, medical supplies, cigarettes and foodstuffs) expired, unfit for human use, and various other materials in violation of import terms and controls."
The authority added, in a statement received by Mawazine News, that "the destruction process was carried out by a specialized committee formed for this purpose." Ended 29/N33
