Today, Wednesday, the Kurdistan Democratic Party revealed the government program of the tripartite alliance, while renewing its adherence to the nomination of Reber Ahmed Khaled for the post of President of the Republic.
"The Democratic Party's candidate for the post of President of the Republic, Reber Ahmed Khaled, is the candidate of the Triple Alliance," party MP Majid Shankali told the official agency.
He added, "The coalition will work to achieve the quorum of the session required for 220 deputies to pass the candidate of the President of the Republic, and to proceed with the candidate of the Sadrist bloc and the Triple Alliance."
He pointed out that "the tripartite alliance is cohesive, solid and strong, and will work to include other blocs to form a government of the national majority, because the political and economic situation in Iraq cannot afford to obstruct the formation of the government."
He added that "the tripartite alliance has a unified government program and will be presented to the elected prime minister after the formation of the government," noting that "
