, the Kurdistan Democratic Party commented, on Friday, on the last tweet of the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr.
The party's spokesman, Abdul Karim Al-Faili, said in an exclusive interview with Mawazine News, that Al-Sadr's tweet made the tripartite alliance more cohesive, especially since they issued a statement confirming this matter.
Al-Faili indicated that the tweet opened the opportunity for other political parties to progress and form the new government, and that it does not affect the presidential file at all, and gave them that opportunity and waits for them until 40 days from now.
The leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, announced yesterday, Thursday, that the "coordinating framework" coalition, which includes political forces described as allies of Iran, had given him an opportunity for about 40 days to negotiate with all political blocs to form a national majority government, stressing that his bloc, the Sadrist bloc, would not be part of it.
Al-Sadr said, in a tweet to him via Twitter, which was followed by "Mawazine News", that he "thanks God for enabling him and those with him to be the largest winning bloc in the parliamentary elections, with an unprecedented victory, as I was the first to succeed in forming the largest national bloc (save the homeland)." And the nomination of a prime minister is acceptable to everyone,” stressing that “these alliances bothered many, and they obstructed and are still obstructing them.”
He stressed that "in order that Iraq does not remain without a government, and the security, economic, service and other conditions deteriorate, I give the blocking third (the coordination framework) an opportunity to negotiate with all the blocs without exception, to form a national majority government without the Sadrist bloc," noting that "the opportunity will be from the first day Ramadan until the ninth of the next Shawwal,” calling on his bloc to “not interfere with this, either positively or negatively.” Ended 29/R77
