    [ltr] He said that while talking about the position of the Deputy Prime Minister is still early, revealed the signing of the National Alliance candidate for prime minister Haidar al-Abbadi, the rules of procedure which provides for determining the position two terms, and restricts the performance of the prime minister in order to prevent repeating the mistakes of the stage Nuri al-Maliki.  He said the coalition, on the lips of members in it, he would take it upon himself to monitor government performance and to subject the prime minister to accounting regularly.
    He stressed the coalition intention to correct the errors that occurred in the previous period and the adoption of moderate policy, calling for the submission of qualified candidates for ministerial portfolios, and the detection of the start of negotiations blocs to determine the features of the next government on Saturday, adding that the talk about a candidate for the deputy prime minister is still early, amid calls to nominate a person for the negotiating skills of the Shiite parties, to fill this position and the formation of a political group could prevent improvised and hasty decisions, which were characteristic approach earlier, according to officials in the Shiite bloc.

     Husseini and felt that "the rules of procedure will be the sole guarantor of the non-recurrence of the previous government model and repeated mistakes," emphasizing that "the prime minister-designate will be subject to the new accounting by the blocks before the coalition held accountable by any other party."
     And confirms a coalition member citizen that "the next prime minister will be subject to monitoring by the National Alliance and correct his mistakes from time to time in order not to repeat the failures of the previous government," she noted that "the National Alliance is keen to maintain its unity through building an internal system regulates the work and the work of his ministers and the Prime Minister" .
    And remember Hamdiya Husseini said that "the prime ministerial candidate is the candidate of the National Alliance, and not for a particular block and therefore will be subject to monitoring by the blocks of the coalition," and noted that "the National Alliance, the voice of the rules of procedure before assigning its candidate for the presidency of the next government, Haider al-Abadi."
    And on the main items of the rules of procedure of the National Alliance, showed Husseini said that "among the paragraphs of the rules of procedure voter it is the mandate of the Prime Minister to two terms and may be re-elected again," and felt that "the identification States government has become constants within the National Alliance after it was signed by by all parties to the coalition. "

    The al-Hakim, a member of the block that "the Supreme Council will be a participant in the cab of government what motivates us to hold negligent", but stressed that "the subject of governmental positions and locations have not yet been decided and he needs more time."
     In the context of the new range for the three presidencies that Aktelmt commissioned Haider al-Abadi, says Hilal Sahlani, MP for Reform bloc, said that "the executive and the legislative stages will be Mnsjmtin for the success of the political process for the next period."
