And yesterday, upon settlement, US crude contracts rose 2% to $117.58 a barrel, while Brent contracts rose 1.1% to $119.81 a barrel.
Data from the US Energy Information Administration showed that US crude production rose by 100,000 barrels per day last week to 12 million barrels per day, the highest level since April 2020.

Oil prices fell during trading today, Friday, after recording a rise yesterday in light of fears over the supply of black gold. The decline also came today after US data on oil production in the United States.
US West [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/2861960649/%D8%AA%D9%83%D8%B3%D8%A7%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%AA%D9%88%D8%B3%D8%B7%D8%A9/ar/]Texas Intermediate[/url] crude futures fell 0.28% to $117.26 a barrel, and Brent crude futures fell 0.25% to $119.51 a barrel.
