[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Baghdad (IBA) ... Global
financial integrity organization said in a new report that developing
countries, notably China and Iraq lost about six trillion dollars over
the past 10 years because of crime and corruption, tax evasion and
    illicit capital flows grow continuously.

The organization said in its report that it had no reliable data for the years prior to 2007. The
source of dirty money in Iraq are good as politicians and senior
government officials as well as embezzlement of public money being
pumped again or so-called bleaching operations across Iraq banked
experiencing weakness and lack of organization since.

It added that transfers of funds out of
Iraq increased sharply in 2010 to a little over $ 22 billion of the $ 18
billion in 2009 and approximately 20 billion dollars in 2008 and four
    billion in 2007 ″.

The World Bank has demanded Iraq several times in a new law for banks without that it is supported. Iraq has not signed any Convention against money laundering, despite international pressure on the Government in this area.
