Today, Sunday, the Federal Service Council confirmed its intention to approach the ministries to create job grades for holders of higher degrees.
A statement by the council stated, "The Chairman of the Federal Public Service Council, Mahmoud Al-Tamimi, received a delegation of representatives of holders of higher degrees in human rights and public freedoms, graduates of the College of Law and Political Science at the University of Diyala."

He added that "the meeting presented what the graduates of this segment suffer from from the lack of their rare and recent specialization in ministries and agencies not affiliated with a ministry, which will deprive them of competition for appointments, as they put it."

Al-Tamimi stressed that "the council is determined to approach the ministries who need specialization to create job grades as soon as possible to include them in future appointments in order to preserve their rights like other specialties," stressing that "the council will do its utmost to do justice to this segment of graduates and benefit from this specialization in service of Iraq."
