“A right that no one has” .. Al-Sadr's office limits the calls to demonstrate to its leader, and the "Alawite" apologizes

On Sunday, the office of the Sadrist movement denied the calls that spread on digital platforms to gather in front of the headquarters of its leader Muqtada al-Sadr in Al-Hanana, Najaf Governorate.
Al-Sadr's private office said in a statement that "demonstrating or gathering near Al-Hanana is a right that no one possesses without the direct and explicit directive and permission of His Eminence, the leader, Muqtada Al-Sadr."
The statement called on everyone to "disbelief and to be dragged behind the rumored calls for gathering on some social media pages," noting that what Safaa Al-Alawi published was "pure lies and slander."
Al-Alawi, a generalized man, had initially called on his Facebook page, al-Sadr's supporters to go to al-Hananah to offer "pledge of allegiance" to their leader.
After the private office's statement was issued, Al-Alawi apologized for what he had done, and said in a video recording seen by Kurdistan 24, that his invitation was only out of "love" and support for the reform project.
Al-Sadr has not made any statement since the formation of the new federal government led by Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, despite his strong opposition to his candidacy.
Al-Sadr said that he retired from politics after he failed to mobilize support for the formation of a government that enslaves the coordination framework, a Shiite pole that includes forces competing with the leader of the Sadrist movement.
Al-Sadr withdrew his 74 deputies last August, after which the worst violence erupted in Baghdad in years when his supporters stormed a number of government buildings, especially parliament, and clashed with rival groups, most of which follow the coordination framework and have armed wings.
This comes at a time when many forces in the coordination framework fear that Al-Sadr will mobilize for new protests, as Al-Sudani is seen as an ally of former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki.
