    Today, Friday, the London-based "The Arab Weekly" network revealed that t United States intends to force Prime Minister Muhammad Shia'a al-Sudani to "choose between the American camp or the Iranian camp" by putting pressure on his government after depriving it of obtaining dollars as a result of its leakage to Iran. 
    The network stated, according to the report translated by (Baghdad Today), that "the United States is determined to prevent the dollar from reaching Iran through Iraq," noting that "the US Federal Reserve's decision to allow Iraq to access the dollar is only a preliminary measure." 
    And the network expected, according to statements it made to former member of the Finance Committee, Ahmed Haj Rashid, that “the United States will take more steps to prevent the flow of dollars towards Iran and impose more pressure on al-Sudani and his government,” explaining that “in the coming period, the United States may intervene to prevent Iraq from importing gas and energy from Iran, which in turn will lead to a further weakening of the dinar," she described.
    The network indicated, quoting Iraqi politicians, that "the need for Al-Sudani to make his decision" regarding continuing to "support Iran" with the increasing pressure exerted by the United States on him to stop all dealings with Tehran, according to which it obtains the US dollar.
