On Thursday, an informed political source reported the appointment of a new president for the National Investment Authority. The source said that the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shiaa al-Sudani, ordered the appointment of the Director General of the Department of Construction and Projects in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, “Haider Makiya,” as head of the National Investment Authority.[/size]
