    Information/Baghdad..
The Prime Minister, Mohamed Shia Al-Sudani, revealed, on Monday, that the deficit in the tripartite budget exceeds 70 trillion dinars.
"The total budget is 197 trillion and 828 billion dinars, of which 150 trillion is an operational budget and 47 trillion is an investment," Al-Sudani said in a press conference followed by Al-Maalouma.
He added, "63 trillion and 275 billion dinars are the value of the fiscal deficit, and 134 trillion are the total revenues, of which 117 trillion are oil imports and 17 trillion are non-oil revenues."
And the Prime Minister indicated that "the deficit in the general budget will be covered through the transferred amount, debts, and some other axes," stressing that the region's percentage of the budget is 12.6%, and it is present in all budgets.
