Since the formation of the government of Muhammad Shia al-Sudani until today, the members of the House of Representatives have spared no effort in declaring their “intentions” to achieve remarkable progress in passing important and vital laws that reflect positively on the lives of citizens. Suleiman saw the necessity of “the real approach to pass laws at the earliest opportunity, even with the budget discussions,” attributing the interest in the budget to “the importance of the stage and the lack of last year’s budget, with the great urgency of the governorates and many other groups to establish their rights,” noting that “everyone understands the importance of Expressing the government program and the political document concluded by the allied blocs.
