    [rtl]Baghdad-Iraq today:[/rtl]
[rtl]The spokesman for the Victory Coalition, Ahmed Al-Wandi, revealed that they have formed a council within the coalition in order to work on offering something to Iraq in the next stage.

Al-Wandi said about the dispute with the Dawa Party, in a press interview, that the head of the coalition, Haider al-Abadi, “believes that the Dawa is a line and not represented by a party, just as the Victory Coalition is also a line represented by the sacrifices made by our security forces and Iraqis in the fight against ISIS and corruption."

He pointed out that the coalition victory "wants to build on this base and foundations, and for the next breakthrough to be a breakthrough of sacrifices and achievements," noting that the coalition "has the ability to offer something to Iraq."

A spokesman for the Victory Coalition stated that the country is facing "great challenges, in need of vision and real leadership, and we will be able to overcome these challenges."

On the changes that will be in the internal rules of the Victory Coalition, Al-Wandi revealed that "they have currently formed the Victory Council, which is like a parliament in which important decisions are legislated and taken that determine the mechanism and line of victory in the coming period.”

He continued, "The victory line is clear. This council will modernize and improve this line, and we have given them confidence in this framework," hoping that they "will be up to the responsibility in the next stage, to present something to the Victory line and ask the citizen what the new coalition victory is, which we like to call the coalition. Victory modern version 2.0".

This comes at a time when the Iraqi street is waiting for the approval of the federal budget by Parliament, with emphasis on its approval in less than a month.[/rtl]
