    Today, Sunday, the Ministerial Council for Social Services recommended, during its regular session, the implementation of the electronic platform for government investment advertisements, stressing that invitations are sent to specialized companies to implement maintenance projects in Anbar Governorate.
    The media office of the Council stated in a statement received by (Baghdad Today) that the Council "held a meeting in the building of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Planning, Muhammad Ali Tamim, to discuss a number of issues on its agenda that included several files, most notably: granting authority to Anbar Governorate regarding issuing invitations to specialized companies to implement the project of maintaining payment stations and the conveyor tube and delivering electricity to the stations of the Western Desert Water Directorate, and amending its decision regarding the implementation of the electronic platform for government investment advertisements  .
    The statement indicated that: The Council also discussed the national plan for the return of the displaced and the reality of the state of the municipal departments in the Municipality of Baghdad in coordination between them and the concerned authorities, adding that "the Council voted on several recommendations, most notably: Approval of amending the decision of the Ministerial Council for Social Services (23002) and the Ministry of Planning taking over the implementation The unified electronic bag for general government tenders - the first phase, and the announcement of projects and the sale of their documents to government investment projects as an investment opportunity prepared by a specialized consultant, including (economic feasibility, scope of work, technical specifications, conditions of participation, and qualification of advanced companies to reach the contract formula) depending on the infrastructure of the Ministry Communications, provided that the company to which the bid is awarded shall bear the fees of the consultant .
