Representatives collected signatures to delete the paragraph of introducing "graduate studies" in private colleges from the budget law.
According to documents obtained by Mawazine News, "the paragraph has nothing to do with the budget."
For his part, legal expert Wael Munther explained, "The uproar aroused about the text regarding the creation of postgraduate studies in private colleges is unjustified, since the presence or absence of the text does not affect the right of private colleges to open postgraduate studies when the conditions are met, since the subject is regulated in the Education Law." Al-Ahly for the year 2016 Articles (2.8.9.10.57) and therefore the presence of a text in the budget that increases is useless. Ended 29 / H
