    [rtl]Haider Majeed, a spokesman for the General Secretariat, said in a press interview, “The Chinese schools, under the supervision of the General Secretariat / Department of National Projects, have achieved varying completion rates,” noting that “the first school has already been Delivered in Basra, then Diwaniyah, Karbala and Baghdad since the beginning of 2023, and a total of 250 300 schools will be delivered at the end of this year.[/rtl]

    [rtl]The Voice of America network had revealed, earlier, about “drainage operations” in the Iraqi government's contracts with Power China and Sinotech to build more than 8,000 schools in Iraq, as part of the Chinese agreement to build schools.[/rtl]
