    In accordance with the directives of the Prime Minister.
    The Ministry of Planning: On the thirteenth of next August, the start of the training plan for general managers in all state institutions.

    Today, Monday, the Ministry of Planning announced that it had completed its preparations
     To launch training courses for general managers in all state institutions.
    This was announced by the Director General of the National Center for Administrative Development and Information Technology affiliated to the Ministry of Planning, Dr. Fouad Al-Rubaie.
    He added that the center has developed a complete plan to train the administrative leaders in the country, including general managers, based on the directives of the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia’ al-Sudani, indicating that all general managers in ministries and agencies not associated with a ministry and all governorates are covered by these courses, which will be subject to the standards of the center, including conducting tests at the end of each course for participants.
    And Al-Rubaie indicated that the first course will start on the thirteenth of next August, and the plan includes the establishment of (24) courses that include training in leadership and negotiation skills, strategic planning, risk and crisis management, good governance and the goals of sustainable development 2030, as well as courses in the field of protocol, etiquette and accounting for non-accountants. 
    He called on the ministries and agencies not associated with a ministry and the governorates for their nominations to be central, and not isolated to ensure the success of the courses, in line with the directives of the Prime Minister, pointing out that the establishment of these courses comes with the aim of improving the level of performance of institutions and developing the skills of general managers, to be able to manage their institutions with the highest efficiency, and to provide the best services to citizens.
