The Minister of Immigration and Displacement, Evan Faiq, confirmed today, Friday, that we trust the federal government and its president, Muhammad Shiaa al-Sudani, to preserve the unity of Iraq and not allow those who are trying to bring it down by taking advantage of the Hamdaniyah tragedy.
Evan said, in an interview followed by the “Information” Agency, that “the Prime Minister directed that the injured and injured be taken care of,” based on the fact that “there is negligence on the part of local officials in Al-Hamdaniya and they must be held accountable, and the owner of the hall must be held accountable for his negligence.”
She added, “The government provided all the medical supplies and support it could to the victims.”
Evan continued, “Political parties are trying to exploit the tragedy in a disgusting way, and there are media outlets trying to politicize the tragedy for the benefit of those parties,” explaining that “certain media outlets are trying to incite the street in Al-Hamdaniya against the federal government.”
You stated that “political parties are trying to bring down the government, exploiting the suffering of the victims’ families, but we trust the federal government and its Sudanese president to preserve the unity of Iraq,” noting that “political parties lost the honor of rivalry in the Hamdaniyah tragedy.”
