At a time when most political circles refused to pass such a law that would release criminals and murderers in order to achieve electoral gains under the pretext of fulfilling promises made by politicians to their public with the aim of gaining power at the expense of the martyrs whose blood was shed at the hands of murderers and criminals.

The representative of the Fatah Alliance, Suhaila Al-Sultani, told Al-Maalouma, “Thousands of women are suffering hardship and pain because of terrorism and its remnants after thousands of martyrs fell as a result of terrorist acts.”

He added, "Some of the representatives who claim to be Yazidi are ignorant of the negative effects that this law will have on the Yazidi people," pointing out that "the reports that spoke of its rejection or acceptance are merely unconfirmed media bidding, as the law faces strong rejection from other political forces for this law, which "It increases our confidence in the correctness of our position."

On the other hand, the leader of the State of Law Coalition, Ibrahim Al-Sakini, confirmed to the Maalouma Agency, “The Taqaddum Party is trying to betray and confiscate the blood of the martyrs and the sacrifices made by the security forces and the Popular Mobilization Forces by attempting a general amnesty.”
He pointed out that "there are no files or information about the so-called missing persons file, and therefore the demand to release criminals from prisons is to cast doubt on the judicial decisions that were taken after collecting evidence and evidence against those accused of terrorism cases." Ended 25 n
