    The Speaker of the House of Representatives continues to recklessly and exploit his powers in order to maintain the seat of power, at a time when political sources indicate that Al-Halbousi used all his powers to buy receivables and electoral votes.

    An informed political source reveals that the office of Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi has issued hundreds of official letters regarding the placement of employees to his private office for the purpose of his electoral support.
     The source said in a statement to Al-Maalouma, “Al-Halbousi’s office granted sabbaticals to hundreds of employees until the elections were held through official letters regarding placement to Parliament.”
     He added, "Al-Halbousi's candidates, in order to gain electoral votes, distributed dozens of these books to employees in the electricity and municipal departments and the Anbar Governorate office."
     He pointed out that "most of the employees are currently working to support the Taqadum Party in local elections and public education after taking a full-time job from public service."
     An official source in Anbar Governorate revealed the details of Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa al-Sudani’s thwarting of the largest electoral promotion operations for the Taqadum Party in the city of Fallujah.

    The source said in a statement to the Maalouma Agency, “Al-Sudani instructed to stop the distribution of 3,000 residential plots of land by the Fallujah Municipality Department, against the backdrop of the intention of the Taqadum Party, led by Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi, to use them for his party’s electoral promotion operations to win over the Anbari street and force them to elect the party’s candidates.” ".
    He added, "The leaders of the Taqadum Party planned to launch the process of distributing plots of land to various segments and succeeded in postponing it several times until the elections were close, but the party leaders were shocked by the presence of a circular from Sudanese to stop the distribution processes until the end of the elections."
     He pointed out that "the Anbar local government is currently almost dysfunctional due to the preoccupation of its officials with electoral campaigns, as some government institutions were devoid of the presence of the director and his assistant, amid the issuance of instructions from Al-Halbousi to intensify advertising and electoral campaigning for the party's candidates and hold mass gatherings to win over the Anbari street, leave their administrative positions and take to the street for the sake of continuity." Communicating with citizens in conjunction with the approaching start of the elections.”
    Sectarian and racist propaganda
     A member of the United Anbar Alliance, Muhammad Al-Fahdawi, confirmed on Monday that the electoral propaganda of the bloc of Parliament Speaker Muhammad Al-Halbousi throughout the districts of Anbar Governorate and other governorates, and its speeches are characterized by bias and political targeting of his competitors.

    Al-Fahdawi said in a statement to Al-Maalouma, “Through our follow-up of the electoral propaganda of the Taqadum bloc affiliated with Parliament Speaker Muhammad Al-Halbousi, especially in the festivals attended by the leader of the list, the agent of unreal accusations attacks competing political figures and forces in the upcoming local elections,” pointing out that “These advertisements violate the instructions of the Election Commission.”
    He added, “The gatherings held by the head of the Progress Alliance, Muhammad al-Halbousi, have the same faces and the same audience, as they move from one festival to another and from one district to another until they make people believe that these gatherings are from the same district.” End 25
